Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager you’ll assist operations of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of assisting the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and development to store team; ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Support store leadership in achieving store targets and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
