Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store with oversight of hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards. A three+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

You will uphold high ethical standards, maintain a safe, welcoming environment, and work in a fast-paced open-kitchen setting while supporting a diverse team and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to move to a store within 50 miles of home as needed.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
• Uphold integrity and ethics per company policies and maintain a safe, welcoming environment in an open-kitchen setting.
