Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of assisting the operation of a single store and will participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program.

Responsibilities include hiring, managing and directing associates to reach financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Panda offers paid Store Management Leadership Training and strong support from the Panda community.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
