Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store and manage associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead hiring, managing and directing of associates to ensure store success and exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for store leadership.
