Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You'll be responsible for assisting the operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll complete a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership during daily store activities and ensure execution of company standards.
