7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team. You will work alongside the Store Leader to supervise store staff, drive customer service, and execute merchandising programs. This role offers full-time hours and opportunities for advancement with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to oversee customer service leadership alongside Store Leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching with the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and promote loyalty program.
