Job summary

7-Eleven in the United States is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join a store leadership team. The role focuses on customer service leadership, training, coaching, and day-to-day operations under the Store Leader.

You will help implement merchandising and marketing programs, manage cash handling and loyalty promotions, ensure a clean, safe store, and contribute to staff development with internal promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Management preferred or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership with Store Leader.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty promotions.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and stock levels.
• Coach and develop store staff and drive retention.
