Job summary

Buckle in Eugene, OR is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising, and operations. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership on a busy retail floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high standards.
• Manage and coach Teammates to meet sales and loyalty goals.
• Maintain a clean, shoppable store and follow loss prevention practices.
