Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales strategies, recruit teammates, and provide on-floor leadership.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, visual standards, loss prevention, and coaching teammates to improve performance and the guest experience across the sales floor, fitting rooms and register areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 months of related retail experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise; assist Guests in locating items.
• Lead by example in showmanship, customer service, and sales presentation.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards; maintain positive floor culture.
• Support leadership actions, ensure visual standards, and follow policies on payments, returns and loss prevention.
