Walgreens is seeking candidates for a Store Manager Development track designed to graduate associates into store leadership roles. The program combines front-end and pharmacy exposure, classroom learning, and on-the-job rotations across nearby stores.

Participants complete required certifications, receive coaching from Store/ District Managers, and progress through performance and compliance initiatives while maintaining customer service excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or HS diploma with 5 years retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Learns and intakes accelerated training and certifications for Store Manager readiness.
• Shadows Store Manager to develop leadership, customer service, and operational skills.
• Supports compliance with SOPs, assets protection, and performance metrics.
