Job summary

Walgreens is offering an accelerated development program to train candidates for Store Manager roles, combining classroom, online training, and on-the-job rotations. You'll learn all aspects of running a Walgreens store, from front-end to pharmacy, under supervision, and work toward licensure and certification as required by state laws.

You will participate in continuous development conversations with managers and senior leaders, gaining exposure to inventory, merchandising, and customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with retail leadership experience required.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to pursue PTCB certification as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations to lead full store operations (front-end and pharmacy).
• Shadow Store Manager to gain experience supervising store tasks and staff.
• Participate in classroom, online, and on-the-job training and rotations.
• Assist in maintaining SOPs and regulatory compliance across store operations.
