Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership with strong ethics and business sense.
• Completion of LEAP or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store front and pharmacy operations to meet company goals.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and discipline team members.
• Monitor and improve customer experience and store service metrics.
• Manage store cash, inventory, and security processes.
• Plan and communicate store strategy with Store Manager and district leadership.
