Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an Assistant Manager Trainee in New Hampshire. This accelerated program trains you over 18-24 months to prepare for a Store Manager role, with a supporting path to an Assistant Store Manager position after initial training.

You will work 44 hours weekly, including evenings/weekends, and learn all operational areas including sales, client management, and strategy. Upon completion, expect a defined career trajectory and opportunities to advance into

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or GED required; some leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and retrieve materials from shelves as needed (up to 50 lbs, occasionally 70 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Support store management in daily operations and profitability goals.
• Lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
• Assist in training and developing team members and managing store administration.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on outside sales calls to grow market share.
• Maintain store conditions, merchandising, and safety compliance.
