Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required by start of program.
Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

Complete training consistent with established program.
Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Build and maintain knowledge of all products for effective recommendations.
Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Complete store administration and ensure policy compliance.
Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Support employee training, development, and performance management.
Respond to and resolve customer and employee complaints.
Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.
