Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is required in a customer-focused environment; fashion industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in achieving sales goals and driving a customer-focused environment.
• Participate in MIT training program to prepare for a Store Manager position within 3–6 months.
• Help manage payroll hours and schedules to optimize store performance.
• Lead by example and develop talent within the team.
• Ensure visual standards and company policies are followed.
