Job summary

maurices is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to work with the store manager and teams, aiming to achieve sales goals and uphold a customer-focused environment. The MIT will participate in a training program to prepare for a Store Manager position within 3–6 months and may relocate to a new store or group of stores.

The role includes assisting in hiring, performance management, and implementing visual standards while progressing toward a Store Manager role at maurices.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience in the fashion industry preferred.
• Proven ability to lead by example and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving sales and maintaining a customer-focused store environment.
• Lead by example in customer service and product knowledge.
• Create schedules, manage payroll hours, and analyze store performance.
