Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required; merchandising degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment; fashion industry preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving goals and executing company direction.
• Experience hiring, promoting, and motivating talent.
• Able to lead by example and maintain professionalism.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Must commit to a specific store location or group of stores.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the store manager and teams to drive sales and deliver a customer-focused store environment.
• Participate in the Manager in Training (MIT) program to prepare for a Store Manager position within 3–6 months.
• Relocate to a specific new store or a group of new and existing stores as needed.
• Support the store manager in customer obsession, driving sales, talent management, and operational execution.
