Loaf N Jug in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a high-energy retail leader for the Managers In Training program. You will support the Store Manager, supervise the team, and learn store operations across a convenience location.

This full-time role requires flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a pathway into bench leadership. Training weeks pair you with managers to gain hands-on experience, vendor exposure, and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Retail or food service leadership experience preferred.
• ServSafe/food safety knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching of team.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure 100% in-stock on the floor.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety in hot-food locations.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and manage daily cash handling.
• Support Store Manager and District Manager as needed.
