Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs develop operational expertise, lead by example, and support a high-performing team focused on profitability and excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop store staff to deliver WOW customer service.
• Assist with staffing, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and inventory integrity.
• Support management team with daily financial controls and loss prevention.
