Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team or supervisor role.
• Willingness to work a full-time, flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Diploma or GED required; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Familiarity with automotive retail or analyzing financials is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and develop a high-performing store team.
• Maintain clear communication with employees and customers to drive performance.
• Learn to manage and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations and uphold training processes and policies.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training to grow the team.
• Take charge of customer service activities and resolve issues proactively.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Complete management skills training and learn core store operations.
