Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year to 2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Communication Excellence – maintain clear and effective communication with employees and customers.
• Metrics Mindedness – learn to manage, analyze, and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.

• Customer Service Leadership – lead customer service activities and resolve concerns proactively.
• Inventory & Sales Management – oversee inventory, merchandising, and sales strategies.
