Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail management or supervisory experience.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing store team under the Store Manager’s guidance.
• Maintain clear communication with employees and customers to drive execution.
• Learn to manage and analyze monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations and training processes to ensure policy compliance.
• Mentor and train staff to develop a strong, successful team.
• Oversee customer service activities and resolve concerns proactively.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and sales strategies for success.
• Complete management skills training and learn core store operations.
