Within 8-12 weeks, you could progress into management based on performance and opportunities, with hands-on training and structured learning across leadership and operational responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior retail manager or supervisor experience.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Strong communication in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a high-performing store team and deliver WOW! customer service.
• Maintain clear communication with employees and customers to drive execution.
• Learn to manage monthly Profit & LP statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations, ensure policy compliance, and uphold training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training to build a strong team.
• Lead customer service activities and resolve concerns proactively.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategy.
• Complete management skills training and learn core store operations.
