Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in sales, appearance and operations.
• Supervise store and team members; coordinate with district and store managers.
• Train new team members; conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in recruiting tasks and interviews.
• Support safety training and payroll/ scheduling systems.
• Make sales calls and manage store operations duties.
• Monitor gross profit, price matching, and KPI dashboard.
• Review monthly P&L with store manager.
