CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training combines virtual and hands-on learning to prepare you for leadership.

You will be guided by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach as you progress toward promotion opportunities. A four-year degree is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is required.
