Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training plan.

You will participate in virtual and hands-on experiences with guidance from a district leader, HR business partner, and your coaching Store Manager. A four-year degree is preferred, with strong leadership potential and retail management exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.
• Willing to relocate within designated market.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations as a member of the management team.
• Lead in alignment with CVS values and policies.
