Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to start a development-focused path toward a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced training combines virtual and hands-on learning with mentorship from District Leaders, HRBP, and Store Manager coaches.

Successful SMITs engage in key learning experiences, support the store team as a manager, and align with CVS values. A four-year degree is preferred; promotions depend on performance and openings.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
