CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager over a structured 16-week period. The program blends virtual and hands-on learning experiences with a dedicated support team to guide your leadership growth.

You’ll work with a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager and your Store Manager coach, advancing toward a future leadership role in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience helpful.
• Willingness to accept promotion roles within the market.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in key learning experiences to support your path to promotion.
• Support the store as a management team member and lead in alignment with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues to support the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be flexible to transfer and promote to the Store Manager role in the designated market.
