Responsibilities

• Provide prompt guest service and resolve guest concerns.
• Oversee training, scheduling, and performance reviews for teammates.
• Maintain inventory, costs, order/receive processes and profit drivers.
• Supervise store maintenance of building, equipment, and grounds.
• Ensure safety policies, attendance, and uniform standards are followed.
• Lead safety meetings and coordinate with Loss Prevention.
