Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a Manager in Training III in Silverdale, WA to lead and develop store teammates. You will supervise training, uphold attendance, safety, and uniform standards, and participate in store safety and policy meetings.

The role offers growth opportunities and a direct path to store leadership. You will drive success by coaching Teammates, managing schedules, and maintaining strong guest experiences while ensuring Profit & Loss controls and store operations run

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Communicate effectively with guests and at all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, proper inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction and full Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, sound interview techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service, to include appropriate resolution of guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
