Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teammates.
• Excellent communication with guests and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financial health through sales, inventory/cash controls, marketing, and guest satisfaction.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules ensuring proper coverage and business needs.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
