Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Manager in Training at our Stanwood, WA location. You will lead store teammates, drive training initiatives, enforce attendance and safety policies, and participate in store safety and policy meetings.

The role offers growth opportunities as you develop coaching, scheduling and performance management skills. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail management, P&L experience, and a drive to elevate guest service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction and full Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, interview techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
