Job summary

7-Eleven in the United States is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Leader with daily operations, customer service, and staff supervision. This full-time role offers hands-on leadership experience and room for advancement.

You will oversee training, merchandising, cash handling, and loyalty program promotions while ensuring a safe, clean store and delivering consistent, friendly service to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or 1+ year of retail management experience.
• Strong customer service leadership and training abilities.
• Ability to oversee staff, coach and retain talent.
• Cash handling and basic merchandising skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership with the Store Leader.
• Train and coach store staff to deliver excellent service.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling and loyalty program promotion.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment with in-stock products.
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership.
