Buckle in Spokane is seeking a Part-Time Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive customer service and store performance. You will engage guests, guide product selection, and collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit teammates.

A strong focus on leadership, training, and consistent execution is required. The role emphasizes on-site duties with a comprehensive benefits package for Full-Time Teammates and supportive programs for part-timers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise, and assist guests in finding items.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on guest needs and desires.
• Maintain strong guest relationships and contribute to a client-based business.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high standards in customer service.
• Support leadership actions and provide feedback to store management.
