Buckle in Washington state is seeking a Store Leadership candidate for the Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader role. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit and develop Teammates, and uphold Buckle’s guest experience standards.

The role offers a full-time schedule with a compensation model that includes base pay plus commission, plus comprehensive benefits as described in the position details.
