Job summary

Buckle in Spokane is seeking a Part-Time Leader in Training and Floor Leader to fulfill our mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for every Guest. You will perform sales, merchandising, cashiering, display, and routine store care under supervision from the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

You’ll help develop sales, recruit Teammates, lead by example on the floor, support training, and ensure Buckle’s customer service standards are met while maintaining a positive,

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service to each Guest
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education, sharing that knowledge with the Team
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals and contribute to Buckle's loyalty programs
• Lead by example with showmanship, customer service, and attentiveness
• Recruit and train Teammates, and lead effectively to meet standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store and comply with Buckle's policies
