Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and drive service programs.
• Assist in staffing and scheduling to cover peak retail hours.
• Coach and mentor team members and support goal achievement.
• Participate in recruiting tasks and interview candidates with management.
• Ensure all transactions and returns are processed accurately and timely.
• Oversee day end procedures, security, banking deposits and store maintenance.
• Communicate policy adherence and clock-in/out compliance to staff.
