Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our team and lead store operations. You will supervise and develop associates, drive customer service excellence, and support the Store Leader in achieving sales goals.

The role emphasizes merchandising execution, cash handling, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment. Full-time position with opportunities for advancement and competitive pay.

Qualifications

Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
Demonstrated strength in retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our loyalty program.
Maintain a clean, safe environment per health/sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities
