Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership and training with the store team.
• Demonstrated ability to retain qualified staff and develop leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Experience with cash handling and promoting the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and ensure stock availability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
