CVS Health Corporation is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future store leaders. The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training combines virtual and hands-on experiences to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role.

This full-time program offers 40 hours per week, a pay range of $18.50–$23.88 per hour, and comprehensive benefits. Promotion opportunities depend on performance and openings within the market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor0s degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered.
• Retail management experience or experience as CVS Supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Provide customer care to deliver high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
