CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week self-paced, collaborative training blends virtual and hands-on experiences to build leadership skills.

You’ll work with a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach to grow toward promotion, aligning with CVS values and outstanding customer care.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven leadership and teamwork abilities in retail or hospitality.
• Willingness to develop into a CVS Store Manager through structured training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16-week Store Manager In Training program with hybrid learning.
• Engage with the District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach.
• Contribute to store operations, customer care and merchandising to support growth.
