CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The program spans 16 weeks and combines self-paced learning with hands-on experiences to build leadership capabilities.

You’ll be supported by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach as you progress toward store leadership. The schedule includes a mix of virtual and in-person development designed to fit business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Experience supporting merchandising strategies and store growth.
