Job summary

The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader at Buckle in Sparks, NV, is responsible for delivering the Buckle guest experience through sales, merchandising and store operations. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, train Teammates and model exceptional service.

This full-time on-site role covers greeting Guests, helping locate merchandise, maintaining presentation standards, and leading by example in loss prevention, daily tasks and team development to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• One to three months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Guests with questions regarding store merchandise and policies.
• Help locate merchandise and create a wardrobe experience for Guests.
• Lead by example with showmanship and strong customer service across the sales floor and POS areas.
• Maintain and update knowledge of current promotions, exchanges, and security practices.
• Support leadership by coaching Teammates and achieving store performance goals.
