Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Sparks, NV is hiring for Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive guest service, sales and store operations.

You will lead by example, recruit Teammates, train and develop others, manage visual merchandising and handle daily operations with the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

This role emphasizes flexible retail leadership, part-time hours, and a commitment to Buckle’s guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise; recommend and locate items.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service; achieve sales goals.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; maintain a positive floor culture.
• Oversee visual merchandising, zone ownership and weekly checklists.
• Support Operations with flexible scheduling, loss prevention and POS procedures.
