Job summary

Orange Park Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to fulfill its mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. This on-site, full-time role supports sales, merchandising, and daily store operations under the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

You will lead by example in guest service, train Teammates, and help recruit and develop team members while driving sales and maintaining Buckle’s standards across the floor, fitting rooms, and register area.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience required.
• Strong sales skills and ability to upsell.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Merchandising and display knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise; assist guests in locating items.
• Lead by example in sales presentation and product knowledge.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain store standards, loss prevention practices, and POS procedures.
