Job summary

Buckle in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader. This role supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team by performing sales, merchandising and operational tasks to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will greet guests, assist with merchandise, lead by example, recruit and train Teammates, manage openings and closings, and maintain a clean, shoppable store while upholding Buckle’s policies and code of ethics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with merchandise selection and location.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service.
• Recruit and train Teammates and lead daily operations.
• Support Store Manager in leadership and sales goals.
