Job summary

North Windham Walmart is seeking a store supervisor/manager-level candidate to hire, train, and mentor hourly associates while driving store performance. You will coordinate activities, set clear expectations, and promote a culture of belonging and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates; communicate store operations and company direction.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve customer issues following OBW service model.
