Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Key Carrier to join the Store Management Team in Grapevine, TX. You will support daily store operations, assist customers, supervise associates, and help drive sales while upholding Cavender’s culture and policies.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ability to open/close, and a commitment to present the store well and to act as Manager on Duty when needed. Training and customer service excellence are emphasized.

• Act as Manager on Duty to supervise associates and deliver service.
• Open and close the store; address customer needs and returns.
• Assist in training store associates and maintaining store appearance.
• Contribute to safe, secure store operations and report incidents.
