• Act as Manager on Duty with day-to-day store supervision and training.
• Open/close store and address customer needs and returns.
• Assist in increasing sales while controlling expenses and training staff.
• Keep store clean, organized, and presentable; ensure staff appearance.
• Contribute to a safe store environment and report incidents promptly.
• Follow all policies and participate in loss prevention.
