Lids Sports Group is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager in Taylor, MI. You will lead daily store operations, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer service while upholding store standards and brand guidelines.

You’ll manage scheduling, training, and operational tasks to support store performance, including merchandising, cash handling, and inventory control. A collaborative team environment and opportunities for growth are offered.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, and other duties when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead and coach store associates through training programs and performance follow-ups.
• Maintain store operations, ensure safety, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Drive customer service excellence and help implement Lids selling strategy to hit KPIs.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and visual merchandising to optimize sales.
